Catch a free outdoor movie at Tempe park GetOut East Valley Tribune
Movies in the Park is a free, family friendly movie series that takes place every Friday in May on the north soccer fields of Kiwanis Park in Tempe.
Each movie begins at dusk — approximately 7 p.m. “Monsters University” will be shown on May 23. “Peter Pan” is the feature on May 30. Viewers are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs and picnics.
The soccer fields are at roughly Baseline Road and Ash Avenue. For information, visit Tempe.gov/Movies.
