Tempe Festival of the Arts takes over Mill Ave.

Stock-up on original works of art or just enjoy the sights and sounds of this twice-yearly festival, featuring nearly 400 artist booths, food vendors, a wine festival, a kids’ innovation zone, street performers and live entertainers.
