As Barack Obama considers his picks for U.S. Treasury Secretary, Arizona economists and financial analysts note that possible finalists have some common themes as the president-elect decides on a successor to Henry Paulson, the former Goldman Sachs CEO who crafted the $850 billion Wall Street bailout.
