PHOENIX - The vehicle involved in an Amber Alert out of Tennessee was spotted in western Arizona, authorities said Tuesday.
Noah Clare, 3, was last seen Nov. 6 in Gallatin, Tennessee. He is believed to be in the company of Jacob Clare, 35, who is wanted for aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference.
They might be traveling in a silver 2005 Subaru Legacy with Tennessee plate 42MY10.
Tennessee officials issued an Endangered Child Alert for Noah on Nov. 9 and elevated it to an Amber Alert on Tuesday.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety also activated an Amber Alert because the vehicle was seen on State Route 95 heading toward Parker, near the California border in La Paz County.
Noah is 3 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 40 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a camo shirt, a black jacket and black shoes.
Jacob is 6 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He may be armed, authorities said.
Anybody with information about the case was asked to call 911.
