PHOENIX — A Silver Alert issued Tuesday night for a missing Phoenix man was canceled the next day after he was located, authorities said.
Glenn William Johnson, 69, is safe after a person saw him near Third Avenue and Bell Road and called police, the Phoenix Police Department tweeted Wednesday.
He’d last been seen Tuesday in the area of 44th Street and Bell wearing a black collared shirt and gray pants.
Johnson, who is 5-foot-8 and 175 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair, can walk long distances and has a cognitive delay that may cause him to get lost or be confused, authorities said.
Anyone with information was asked to call the Phoenix Police Department at (602) 534-2121 or (480) 948-6377 after hours.
