More than three weeks after an Arizona baby disappeared in Texas, Crime Stoppers of San Antonio is offering a ,000 reward for information that leads his safe return, police officials in the Phoenix suburb of Tempe announced Wednesday.

I think the Smith should be behind bars and,they will tell where the baby is.They need to be investigated and I think they planned everything thinking they would at some point get the baby.Why else would the mom pick a motel one block from the Smith’s owned Clinic.
