Rockford stock rises as it seeks delisting in cost-saving move

In a move to help minimize costs, audio system specialist Rockford Corp. announced that it is voluntarily withdrawing its listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market and registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
